My order is a gift - can you remove the invoice from the package?
No problem! Your Little Sketchy does not have a receipt inside the tube itself. We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible which is why all information is sent via email. To make your surprise perfect, we strongly recommend you to NOT use the e-mail address of the receiver but your own.
Can I add a gift note?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to add a gift note to your order. We are aware that some customers would love to add an extra layer of personalization to their Little Sketchy order and we are working on finding the perfect solution, stay tuned!
Can I order a print in a custom size?
Unfortunately, we don't currently provide custom sizing. However, you can choose from any of the following standard sizes when designing your print:

Do you offer frames?
Yes, we do!
Our line of frames come in a variety of colours and sizes, specifically designed to embrace your personal prints, whilst beautifully complementing your home. Our traditional frames are a timeless addition that will transition elegantly with you throughout the years. We offer them in every size in both centimetres and inches so that you can perfectly frame your print no matter which size you opt for!
Our poster hangers come in three different colors and sizes and are made of wood. They hang on the top and bottom of the print and do not cover the entire print. They are available for our small prints of 30x40cm/11inches, our middle sized prints of 50x70cm/18inches and our large prints of 70x100cm. Choose between black, white or oak and find them at the checkout where you simply can add them to your cart! The frames are magnetic and made to fit into the packaging tube, together with your print!
Will my Art Print come with a frame?
Frames are not automatically included with your Little Sketchy Print, but we do sell both full frames and hangers to perfectly complement your chosen design.
Unfortunately, we don't offer a framing service just yet, although this is something we are working on!
For now, when ordering a Little Sketchy and frame together, they will arrive in the same packaging, with your print flat on top of the frame, inside a protective paper sleeve.

What are your frames and hangers made from?
Our wooden frames and hangers are made of solid, high quality wood, and our metal frames are made from durable aluminum. All our full frames are finished with lightweight and durable plexi-glass. Guaranteed to make your Mapiful look its best!
What kind of paper and ink are Little Sketchy's printed with?
Your one of a kind posters are printed on FSC certified, museum graded paper. Weighing 200mg2, the paper ensures longevity, making sure that the places and stories closest to your heart can be enjoyed for years to come. Our eco-friendly inks capture every intricate detail of your chosen design and ensure a sharp, smooth finish, and our matt texture ensures that your print doesn’t look shiny when proudly displayed on your wall.
My order arrived damaged. What happens now?
This is not the usual Little Sketchy experience, but accidents can sometimes happen during shipping too. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us via our request form within two weeks of receiving your order, so that we can find the best solution for you. Make sure to include the following:
- an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging
- order ID number
Where will my order be shipped from?
We have local printing in over 30 countries which brings your order to you faster! This also reduces transportation of printed goods by 90%, and cuts down on carbon emissions from the transport process.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping times can vary depending on where you want your Little Sketchy to be delivered. Please note that these times are estimates.

Who will my order ship with?
Once we have printed and handed your order over to the shipping company we will email you the tracking number along with the shipping partner. Please allow up to a full business day for the tracking link to update with your shipment information.
You can also track your shipments using your order ID number, via whichever shipping partner is handling your package:
